Christmas 2019 was different. Hard in unexpected ways. In my private quiet pre-dawn prayer hours with God, I began to scribble devotions. COVID-19 hit, making Christmas harder for many. But where what we hoped for is different, there with Christmas changed sometimes we are finally ready to look at essential Christmas. To focus truly only on Jesus, what His coming meant and means. How it helps.
